Tournament Information We welcome Call of Duty Modern Warfare II with a new premiere edition of SecretCODOpening 3rd edition, where we assure you that there will be no lack of excitement and you will be able to test your talent in this new era of Call of Duty. There will be no limit to the number of participants for this third edition, any European team can participate. The entry fee will be €10, the prize pool will have a range where the organisers promise to award a total of at least €70 and can grow up to €250. The champion will receive 85% of the prize money and the runner-up will receive 15%. All teams belonging to the format must have a maximum of 4 starting players and 2 substitutes without the need to be compulsory. The emergency player (pup) can be used but will have a limited number of matches. Play with your friends or with your esports team, we make it easy for you!
Stage 1 - League Qualifier
The first phase will be composed by a qualifier with completely unlimited places, where only 8 teams will be able to pass, this qualifier will go with points, the victory will count a total of 7 points and the defeat will subtract -3 points, the top 8 teams will pass to the next phase. All matches will be played to a BO3. The only game mode will be Search and Destroy, the game format will be CDL + GA. Depending on the amount of registered clubs, more or less groups will be formed where the limit of groups will be 8. All matches will be played to a BO3 for two days, the organization establishes the days of play, but the times are completely up to the choice of both clubs by mutual agreement.
Phase 2 : Bracket with direct elimination and organisation
Phase two will be composed of an 8-team bracket with direct elimination, where all matches will be played at BO3, except for the final which will be at BO5. The only game mode will be Search and Destroy, the game format will be CDL + GA. The organisation sets the days of play, but the times are entirely up to the choice of both clubs by mutual agreement. Where will the SecretCODOpening be organised? It will be organised via Discord, the administration will provide the link to the server. How will I contact my opponent? The administration will set up contact chats for all matches, in order to set up a timetable or to set up the veto system. How do I contact the administration during the event? All teams, within the Secret Tournament server will have a direct contact with the STAFF team.
